Friday night, Dave "Black Eye" Koslowski from
DallasPhotoWorks and I rendezvoused Satat's domicile. We were not sure what to expect from the party she was throwing. Part artist get-together, part Halloween the charachters in the house ranged from everyday school girl to full on Punk/Goth. Not to place anyone in a particular genre! For everyone attending, thier philisophy of life, thier uninhibited charachter and image created a rare mixture of creativity and enjoyment for all.
It's refreshing to run across those who feel free to dress and see the world in thier own way, without a care of who or what someone says. Not one person held up a social filter to thier personality as much of the "main" line of our population does.
Here are a few of my favorite shots, of some the nicest, friendliest people you'll ever meet.
